Congratulations again to St Patrick's CE School in Solihull who won a taster teacher training session. The picture shows trainer and Loudmouth Actor / Facilitator manager Matt Farmer with the competition winner Jenny Chesshire.

This took place last week and was a great session with 12 members of staff learning some of our interactive learning techniques to support their PSHE.

“Interactive and interesting” – Caroline Glennor, Headteacher

All 12 teachers rated the session as excellent and 100% rated the trainer Matt Farmer as excellent and said that they prefer this style of training. The taster covered some simple and flexible techniques that schools can use with pupils and are a great way to get ready for compulsory Relationship Education / RSE and Health Education that all schools will have to deliver from September 2020.

We will be running other competitions to win taster sessions and you can find out more about our teacher training here https://loudmouth.co.uk/training/details/2

What people say

Take a look at how we’ve helped others

Brilliant acting and interaction with the children. The play itself covered puberty in an open, realistic and humorous way which forms a terrific basis for future discussion with the teacher and each other. So much depends on the enthusiasm of the actors and I feel that we were very lucky to have such a talented pair, not only to perform, but to lead the discussions afterwards. They were able to relate to the children without any embarrassment. SUPERB!!

Governor/Teacher

Compared to other companies we have had covering the same content, the actors were more flexible and accommodating to the children’s individual needs. Through their answers and questions, the children were demonstrating a higher level of understanding, empathy and personal safety.
