"One of the best training courses I've attended" - Participant on Loudmouth's Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Training

In October 2024 there was an amendment to the Equality Act which requires businesses to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.

We have been delivering training for adults for 30 years and have decided to launch a new training programme for companies on sexual harassment and the new legislation.

Loudmouth’s Workplace Sexual Harassment Awareness Training is a training session that ensures that all employees understand the new changes, in a way that engages them and brings the issues to life.

In a recent session, 100% of participants said that they would recommnend the course and 88% of participants said that they much prefered the approach of using drama to other forms of training.

"Good for everyone to understand how a situation can be perceived by different groups within the workplace and what can happen if inappropriate behaviour is not called out." - Participant on Loudmouth's Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Training

Our approach to training ensures that participants feel relaxed and engaged. We use discussion and presentations alongside a well-researched performance to highlight key issues in the new legislation on sexual harassment. The drama gives real examples, showing the diverse ways sexual harassment can happen in the workplace, including examples of harassment from “third parties.” The drama creates a safe and non-judgmental space for your employees to explore the topics, focusing on workplace culture, the role employees and Managers play in preventing sexual harassment and unconscious bias.

The training also includes interactive techniques where participants speak directly to the characters. This allows them to apply their learnt skills while increasing their understanding of how trauma can affect both individuals and the workplace.

Loudmouth's training brings real examples to the training to support businesses to work towards their desired workplace culture including inclusivity, respect and safety. The training helps protect your organisation and ensure that the new legislation is followed. It can help you to safely challenge attitudes around workplace banter, build participants' skills in identifying sexual harassment and the impact it has. We want participants to leave the training knowing how to spot and report sexual harassment and to have the confidence to do so.

We can tailor parts of the live drama to ensure that the case studies are relatable to your workforce, showing that your business is taking the reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment by offering innovative and tailored training to your employees.
