A new edition of a book for policymakers and practitioners on teenage pregnancy was published in November. Teenage Pregnancy and Young Parenthood: Effective Policy and Practice (Second Edition) was written Alison Hadley with Roger Ingham and Joanna Nichols in collaboration with Venkatraman Chandra-Mouli.

Routledge press describes this as a must-read for policymakers and practitioners who are committed to taking a systems approach for improving health outcomes'. This updated edition examines 'the research and practice in this vital field since the end of the UK Government’s highly successful Teenage Pregnancy Strategy (TPS) for England which contributed to reducing the under-18 pregnancy rate by well over 50%.'

There are case studies including a mention on page 127 of Loudmouth in a case study by Kate Jennings from Richmond and Wandsworth Councils. You can read a blog about this case study here.

Loudmouth have a long working relationship with Kate Jennings and continue to deliver exciting work in Richmond and Wandsworth. We have also worked many times with Roger Ingham and Alison Hadley over the last three decades and our Trust Me programme was included in the original Teenage Pregnancy Unit report in 1998. We are very proud to be mentioned in this book.
