Bullying - Not Just for Anti-Bullying Week!

Due to popular demand, we have increased the availability of our bullying programmes and made some exciting updates to our secondary bullying work.

We have seen an increase in the number of schools wanting to book our bullying programmes.

These are always popular in November around Anti-Bullying Week (this year it is Monday 11th - Friday 15th November with the theme 'Choose Respect'). Over 80% schools marked Anti-Bullying Week in 2023 and so if you want to book Loudmouth for that week then get in touch now as we get booked out fast!

Many schools also book us throughout the term to tie in wth their work or to fit in at other points in the year to fit with their curriculum.

We have increased the availability with more teams available for the bullying programmes and have made the decision to make these programmes available all year round.

Bully 4 U Primary is aimed at Key Stage 2 pupils and works particularly well with years 4 and 5. The pupils meet two superheroes who train them into becoming Bully Busters with a mission to spot and stop bullying. The fun session includes scenes of drama that help put the lessons that the children learn from the super heroes into practice. The programme covers cyberbullying, mental wellbeing and the importance of speaking up and reporting things if you see others being bullied.

"Engaging and relates to real life. Uses superheroes which children love." - Miss Walker, Teacher, Joseph Turner Primary School

Bully 4 U Secondary has had some recent redevelopment. The programme covers many different forms of bullying and allows secondary school students in Key Stage 3 to think about how bullying can happen in adult life and in relationships as well as less discussed forms of bullying such as sexist bullying, homophobic bullying and sextortion. Sextortion is on the rise and the National Crime Agency released an alert to all schools earlier this year. Bully 4 U can help your school to be ahead of the curve and safely address this issue with your students. You can read more about the updates here.

We are also giving away a free bullying resource for secondary schools and colleges which you can access here.
