Impacts

Theory of Change

Evaluations show significant positive outcomes, including:

  • Proven behaviour change – increased awareness, confidence and safer decision-making.
  • High engagement – pupils stay focused even on sensitive topics; teachers value the honest, age-appropriate delivery.
  • Long-lasting influence – messages are remembered, and resources continue to support learning long after delivery.
  • Creating safe spaces – in just two years, our team has received 236 disclosures, some leading to police action.

Sustainability

We build long-term partnerships that maximise value, consistency and impact.

Benefits of multi-year commissioning include:

  • Funding stretches further – schools gradually co-fund, increasing reach and sustainability.
  • Year-on-year delivery – each new cohort receives key safeguarding messages.
  • Embedding into curriculum – schools integrate our programmes into RSHE and safeguarding plans.
  • Consistency – long-term planning supports strategic priorities and secure capacity.
  • Stronger outcomes – repeated, reinforced learning creates lasting cultural change.

"Sustainability ensures that schools repeatedly book the programmes year on year and that benefits to pupils continue as new pupils inform others of the lessons the programmes bring."
