We have an exciting opportunity for 2 people to join our team in July 2025.

They will play a range of leading male characters in our existing programmes. Most of these parts are teenage characters.

We are looking for 2 Actor / Facilitators to play male characters. One position is full-time (5 days per week, Monday to Friday) and the other is part-time (3 days a week Mon-Wed). Successful candidates will need to be available in early/mid July for a few days for induction and some initial training, and then officially start on the 21st July 2025. We would like the successful part-time candidate to be available Mon-Fri for 3 weeks at the beginning of the contract for initial core skill training and commence their part time hours from the 11th August.

The roles will involve delivering our successful theatre in education programmes to schools and other venues. The successful candidate will need to be based near our base in Birmingham and will mostly tour schools and colleges in the Midlands. The job involves touring with some overnight stays in other parts of the UK.

A full UK driving licence is preferable for these positions.

For the full-time position the salary is £25,500 per annum with 33 days holiday and pension contributions.

For the part-time position the salary is £25,500 pro rata with 20 days holiday and pension contributions.
