Learn About Our Classroom Format
The classroom format is the original Loudmouth approach. It is ideal for small primaries and non-mainstream venues. This work out a bit more per head but provides the most interaction and connection with the group.

The classroom style format maximises the connection and time with the group with the performance and workshop delivered to a class sized group. The students have more time to develop rapport with the Actor / Facilitators. The performance is more intimate allowing students to get really involved and immersed in the story and characters.
There is a cost difference as we only work with up to 35 students at a time but this allows us to pitch and tailor the session to the needs of the group/ The students get all of the drama performance, they get to interact in a Q&A with the characters, explore new concepts and learn new definitions. The discussions take place in the same space and usually break into two smaller groups. This provides time for students to explore the topics in more detail. This builds safety and connection with more time per student with the Actor / Facilitators. The group leave knowing about where they can get further support in and out of school.
Practically, we only need a small space for this format. Many schools still choose to use the hall but we can run these sessions in a standard classroom which can minimise the need to book out the main school hall.
The layout for this is shown below but we regularly run these in classrooms or drama studios (or the front room of a children's home).
In addition to the delivery on the day, each venue that books this format also gets
- Access to over 100 free lesson plans. Schools can use the lesson plans we provide for teachers to run related activities throughout the day for the other simultaneous workshops.
- Access to free online training sessions on RSHE / RHE delivery.
- Support and updates on RSHE / RSHE and safeguarding.
- Early notification and access to booking new programmes or new resources.
- Support and ideas on using the work as part of their Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) work, cultural capital, school culture and behaviour initiatives.
This format gives the most time and connection with our Actor / Facilitators. The cost for all of the above, using the classroom style format, for a class sized group of 30 works out at less than £25 per student.*
