This academic year (2023/24) we decided to keep on all 6 teams so that we have capacity to deliver a record number of commissioned tours as well as the schools that book us in themselves. This academic year we have been touring both close to our home in the West Midlands (Birmingham, Solihull, Dudley), in the outer Midlands area with whole county tours of Warwickshire and Gloucestershire and work in Shropshire and Staffordshire, and tours in three London boroughs. We are heading for well over 1000 sessions in this academic year, working with over 100,000 children and young people.

“We commission Loudmouth to provide subsidised sessions of their theatre in education programmes to our schools county wide. Loudmouth’s immersive theatre and education programmes are part of our preventative safeguarding offer on child exploitation (youth violence/knife crime), child and domestic abuse, sexual harassment and assault. Loudmouth make the whole experience, from booking to delivery to evaluation, very easy and the feedback from children, young people, parents and teachers is phenomenal!”

Loudmouth's work is of the highest educational quality, our performances are all followed by interactive workshops and supported by lesson plans. Our work is proven to have increased children and young people’s awareness and knowledge of the issues covered, had a positive impact on behaviour change and increased referrals.

So far this academic year 2023/24 we are booked in to run 13 tours. The largest is a county wide tour with a funded amount of over £140,000 per year, reaching over 12,000 children and young people in 50% of all educational venues in the county.
