The RSHE Experts Since 1994

Delivering RSHE theatre in education workshops to 1 million + pupils

Who are we?

Loudmouth Education and Training is a highly respected and innovative theatre-in-education company that has been delivering impactful training with professionals for over 30 years. Loudmouth use drama to bring issues that professionals face to life to help them gain better insights and awareness into issues that they work with or to develop skills to help their own practice. The company specialises in the education and health sector but create bespoke training programmes and adapt content for any setting.

Loudmouth is a member of the CPD Accreditation Service, empowering them to deliver formally accredited training to businesses.

Their new CPD-accredited Workplace Sexual Harassment Training, launched in February 2025, supports managers in staying compliant with evolving legislation—like the Worker Protection Act 2023—and in developing confidence and practical skills through immersive, drama-driven scenarios.

What People Say

“The safe environment that Loudmouth creates means that managers get a chance to practice and learn from their mistakes. They can have a go at trying different things…”
— Clare Moore, Chief People and Sustainability Officer, Headlam Group PLC

“I've come today thinking it was just going to be a general and just watching people talk. I felt, buzzing. I think it's brilliant. I found this type of training unique. The interaction between the two people acting together made it more realistic.”
— Ronnie Kelly, Head of Operations at Melrose

“The thing I value most about the training was the interactive nature, the role playing. I think it was much easier to interact with that rather than doing it from slides on screen and talking. I think the actual role playing being involved was the best part of it. I think this will get people to realize the importance, of training around these areas. It would be really good if we could roll this out to other areas of the business. The interactive nature of it really does drive the message home. Rather than reading and learning from a screen.”
— Rob Cherry, Home regional Director, Trade Counters

What people say

Take a look at how we’ve helped others

Brilliant acting and interaction with the children. The play itself covered puberty in an open, realistic and humorous way which forms a terrific basis for future discussion with the teacher and each other. So much depends on the enthusiasm of the actors and I feel that we were very lucky to have such a talented pair, not only to perform, but to lead the discussions afterwards. They were able to relate to the children without any embarrassment. SUPERB!!

Governor/Teacher

Compared to other companies we have had covering the same content, the actors were more flexible and accommodating to the children’s individual needs. Through their answers and questions, the children were demonstrating a higher level of understanding, empathy and personal safety.
