"All young people are entitled to receive appropriate health care wherever they access it. The You’re Welcome quality criteria lay out principles that will help health to ‘get it right’ and become young people friendly. Services in all primary care trust areas need to take young people’s needs into account." - The You’re Welcome Criteria, Department of Health

This short and fast moving training helps GP surgeries and other clinics to meet the You’re Welcome criteria. The training helps participants to hear young people’s views and develop ways to make their service truly young people friendly.

This is a fun and time saving way to introduce the You’re Welcome criteria and engage staff in positively exploring how they can put the ideas on areas such accessibility, confidentiality and publicity into action. Well researched scenes of drama with plenty of opportunities for discussion, interaction and developing ideas that will work in any surgery.
