ISSUES COVERED - Alcohol, Substance Misuse, Binge Drinking, Safer Drinking

quick-reference-bottom
Each year almost 5,000 young people in England are admitted to hospital because of alcohol abuse. Alcohol plays a big part in antisocial behaviour, crime and violence as well as unprotected sex and teenage pregnancy. Alcohol can disrupt adolescent brain development, cause lasting health problems and affect memory, attention span and reaction times.

‘One 2 Many’ is our latest theatre in education programme and draws on research with young people and explores key facts around alcohol and binge drinking, risky behaviour and strategies for safer drinking. This accessible and thought provoking programme is designed for secondary schools and colleges (12 year olds upwards) and includes an interactive drama session and lesson plans to provide a comprehensive 12 week educational package on alcohol.

‘One 2 Many’ is available to book from December 2011. You can download further information on this new programme by clicking on the links on the left. These give further information of the programme and a breakdown of the learning outcomes.

Would you like to come and see ‘One 2 Many’ for FREE? We are staging a FREE showcase event on Wednesday 18th January 2012. The event will be in Birmingham and will run from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. We will be posting more details over the next few weeks on the website and on Twitter however if you would like to make sure you attend then call us on 0121 4464880 or click here to reserve your place!!

Excellent, on their level. Much better way of putting information across than a lesson.
