Chris Cowan and Eleanor Vale are the founder members and Company Directors of Loudmouth Education and Training. Eleanor takes a focus on the financial, sales and business side of the company whilst Chris focuses on the marketing and programme development. They still deliver a lot of the company’s training work and plan to carry on playing young people characters for as long as they can get away with it!
Caroline Bridges is our Operations Manager. Professional and efficient with a scarily fast work rate, Caroline has grown with the company and handles the project management and organisation of the company’s work. Caroline keeps all of the company’s plates spinning to ensure the smooth running of the organisation on a day to day basis. There was a rumour that she once took a lunch break but none of us believe it!
Louise Green is our Administrator and the person most people who book with us deal with. Louise joined the company in the summer of 2007 and her role has grown from basic administration to include responsibilities in finance, marketing and IT. Louise has settled in very well and seems to absorb new information and instructions with almost unnatural ease. Louise’s role is to support Caroline in the smooth running of operations.
Matthew Farmer is our Actor / Facilitator Manager. He is our most experienced serving Actor / Facilitator and works in a wide variety of settings to deliver both the theatre in education work with young people and the personal and profesional development training with adults. Matt currently works with our youngest Loudmouther Jodi Brée. Jodi joined Loudmouth in May 2011 and is our first ever apprentice bringing new energy to the company. Jodi will combine her acting and facilitating with supporting Louise and Caroline with the company administration.
Another of our Actor / Facilitator teams is made up of Janaya Alcock and Fabian Gayle Rice. Janaya has been with the company for many years and is a familiar face to many of you. Fabian is our newest recruit and says we literally freed him from the dungeon! (He was working as an actor at Warwick Castle when he auditioned) Team JayFab will be touring many of our theatre in education work with young people in schools and youth clubs across the UK.
Rupi Lal has been with Loudmouth since the summer of 2007 and has adpated well with such confidence that we have to keep reminding ourselves that he hasn’t been here forever. Rupi is a great company motivator with an interest in writing (and snake hips on the dance floor – ask him when you see him!). Julie joined the company in summer 2008 and is our company ‘Minister of Fun’ in which duties include organising our social schedule…as the party animal she is she gave a big ‘whoop de whoop!’ in appreciation of the assignment.
Christine is the wise owl of Loudmouth and works one day a week with the company as our bookkeeper. Christine has been a instant hit with the company and really helped to move our financial reporting forward. She does realise of course that as she has made herself so useful she can never retire now!
